For local Philly ‘burb families seeking a face-to-face, hands-on approach
- 2 Prenatal Visits: We will meet at your home to discuss your goals for labor, research and draft your birth preferences, and practice comfort techniques and positioning. We will also discuss nutrition, exercise, and labor prep suggestions as needed, in addition to addressing any questions or concerns you have.
- Unlimited Prenatal Phone & Email Support: I am here to provide resources and answer any questions as they arise!
- Continuous Labor Support: We will be in touch from the moment labor begins, and I will join you at your home or place of birth during active labor to provide in-person support. I will provide you with physical, informational, and emotional support and comfort measures until baby is born- there is no time limit or extra fee for a lengthy labor! After delivery, I will stay to make sure you are comfortably snuggled in with your little one and to assist with initiating feeding, if desired.
- 1 Postpartum Visit: We will check in at your home to make sure feeding and postpartum recovery are going well and to process and celebrate your birth!

For families seeking guidance and partner-coaching from afar
- 2 Virtual Prenatal Meetings: We will connect via Zoom or FaceTime to accomplish the same goals as a typical in-person prenatal meeting. During virtual prenatals, it is critical that the partner who plans to accompany you to your place of birth be present and hands-on, as I will coach him/her through comfort techniques to use during labor.
- Unlimited Prenatal Phone & Email Support: I am here to provide resources and answer any questions as they arise!
- Continuous Virtual Labor Support: We will be in contact from the onset of labor, and I will provide emotional and informational support by phone, Zoom, and/or FaceTime throughout the duration of your labor and immediate postpartum period. During this time, I will guide your partner through hands-on comfort measures and positioning suggestions to ease discomfort and provide additional information to help you navigate conversations with care providers.
- 1 Virtual Postpartum Meeting: We will check in online to make sure feeding and postpartum recovery are going well and to process and celebrate your birth!
Birth Basics: All-in-One Childbirth Education Class
180 / 150 for doula clients
During this three-hour class, you and your partner will learn the basic anatomy of pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding, as well as what to expect during a typical progression of labor. We’ll practice labor positions and hands-on comfort measures, plus learn some tips and tricks to prep your body and your baby for a smoother birthing experience.

Want to be in charge of your birth, but not sure where to start? Need help gathering the resources to draft a thorough, well-informed birth plan? Book a one to two-hour virtual birth prep consultation, during which I’ll provide you with a list of options you may want to consider, benefits and risks of various choices, and evidence-based articles to support your decision-making process. Includes email communication prior to and after consultation to ensure that our session is tailored to your needs, whether that be planning for a VBAC, unmedicated home birth, optimal positioning with an epidural, or anything in between!
